Terms and Conditions – Beetjee Pakistan Betting Platform

1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Beetjee platform, accessible at beetjee.bet ("the Platform", "Beetjee", "we", "us", "our"). Beetjee is an online betting and gaming platform operated for players in Pakistan, offering sports betting, live casino games, online casino titles, card games, fishing games and related services.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You understand that betting and gaming involves risk and that you may lose money.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Beetjee. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform. Beetjee reserves the right to update these Terms at any time — please check this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

To register and use Beetjee you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Beetjee does not accept registrations from players under 18 under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Not excluded: You must not have previously been self-excluded from Beetjee or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• Personal use: Your account must be for your own personal use. Corporate, syndicate or agency accounts are not permitted without prior written consent from Beetjee.
• One account: You may hold only one registered account on Beetjee at any time. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all accounts associated with you.

Beetjee reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Until satisfactory verification is provided, access to certain features — including withdrawals — may be restricted.

3Account Registration & Security

When registering for a Beetjee account you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name, mobile number and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date — if your contact details change, update them through your account settings promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Beetjee will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, contact Beetjee support immediately.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for other accounts.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional protection — available in your account security settings.

Any activity carried out through your Beetjee account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. Beetjee cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

Beetjee accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign or transfer your account to another person.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Beetjee are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Beetjee does not operate in any foreign currency and does not apply currency conversion charges.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Deposits are credited to your Beetjee balance once confirmed by the payment provider.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process within a few hours. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. Beetjee does not charge a withdrawal fee — you receive the full requested amount.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified in your name.
• Beetjee reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing a withdrawal above certain thresholds.
• Bonus-funded balances are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 7 before withdrawal is permitted.

5Betting Rules

All bets placed on Beetjee are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules are available within the relevant section of the Platform.

• Bets are only accepted from registered, verified players with a sufficient account balance.
• Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a cash-out option is offered and exercised before settlement.
• Beetjee reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error or technical fault.
• Minimum bet is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Bets are settled on the official result of the relevant competition. In the event of a postponement or cancellation of a sports event, bets will be voided unless Beetjee's sport-specific rules state otherwise.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your Beetjee balance automatically.
• Beetjee offers both pre-match betting and live in-play betting across cricket, football, tennis and other sports. Live betting markets close at various points during play — please check market availability before betting.

Cricket markets on Beetjee cover Pakistan international matches (Tests, ODIs, T20Is), Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC events and other major bilateral series. Ball-by-ball and over-by-over live betting markets are available during active matches. These markets close between deliveries and are reopened each ball — this is normal platform behaviour, not a technical fault.

6Casino Games

Beetjee's casino section — including online slots, live casino tables, card games, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Roulette, Baccarat, fishing games and other titles — operates under the following rules:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer streams provided by licensed third-party game suppliers.
• Game results are determined in real time and are final once the game round concludes. Beetjee cannot reverse or alter game outcomes.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel. These are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes per game round are displayed in the game interface before each round begins.
• Technical malfunctions — such as a disconnection during a live casino round — are resolved according to the relevant game supplier's rules. In most cases, the round is completed or voided based on the state of play at disconnection.
• Beetjee is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side that result in missed game actions.

Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios. By joining a live table you agree to the conduct guidelines — abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour toward dealers or other players will result in removal from the table and may result in account suspension.

7Bonuses & Promotions

Beetjee offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and other promotional offers from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all Beetjee bonuses:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address or device.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) before the bonus balance or winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated on the offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Beetjee reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If Beetjee determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in a way that constitutes abuse — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, placing contradictory bets to reduce wagering requirement risk, or using multiple accounts — the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided and the account may be restricted.
• Minimum deposit amounts to qualify for each offer are stated in the individual offer terms.

8Responsible Gaming

Beetjee is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not something that causes financial stress, relationship problems or emotional harm. The following tools are available to all Beetjee account holders in account settings:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you deposit.
• Loss limits — set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cool-off periods — temporarily suspend access to your account for a period you choose (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your Beetjee account and request exclusion from future registrations.

9Fraud, Collusion & Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Beetjee and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Operating multiple accounts or registering an account in someone else's name.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in place of a human player.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical vulnerabilities. Any bug discovered must be reported to Beetjee support immediately — failure to report and instead exploit a bug constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Attempting to reverse, cancel or dispute a deposit transaction after receiving the associated balance or bonus ("chargeback fraud").
• Using Beetjee for any money laundering activity or to facilitate any other criminal offence.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person using that person's account.

Beetjee uses automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes. Any account flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended pending investigation. During an investigation, access to withdrawals may be temporarily restricted. Beetjee is not liable for any losses or inconvenience arising from a suspension that is later found to have been triggered incorrectly — we will restore access and rectify any impact promptly if an investigation concludes in the player's favour.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the Beetjee Platform — including but not limited to the Beetjee name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, odds displays and software — is owned by or licensed to Beetjee and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Beetjee content without prior written permission.
• You may not scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the Beetjee Platform.
• Third-party game content is the intellectual property of the respective game suppliers and is used under licence.

Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Beetjee's services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beetjee's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you have deposited during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Beetjee is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, data, revenue, business or reputation arising from your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside Beetjee's reasonable control — including internet outages, telecommunications failures, government actions or force majeure events.
• Errors in information provided by third-party data feeds (for example, live sports scores used in betting markets) where Beetjee acts in good faith on that information.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits Beetjee's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12Privacy

Your privacy matters to Beetjee. The collection, use and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

In summary, Beetjee collects the personal information you provide during registration and use of the Platform. This information is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations and communicate with you about your account and offers you have opted into. Beetjee does not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

13Account Closure & Termination

You may close your Beetjee account at any time by contacting support at support@beetjee.bet. Before closure, any withdrawable balance will be paid out to your verified payment method.

Beetjee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or criminal use of the Platform.
• At your own request via self-exclusion.
• Failure to pass age or identity verification.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Beetjee reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the breach, including bonus-funded balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity.

14Amendments to These Terms

Beetjee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated date. For significant changes — for example, changes to withdrawal processing, wagering requirements or account eligibility — Beetjee will provide notice via email or on-platform notification where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Beetjee Platform after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes.
