You must be 18 years of age or older to register and play on Beetjee. This applies to all Pakistani players without exception. No. Each person may hold only one Beetjee account. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being permanently closed with balances forfeited. On the login page, click "Forgot password?" next to the password field. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number. A reset code is sent to that number by SMS within seconds. If your old mobile number is still active, log in and update it in Account Settings before deactivating the SIM. If you've already lost access to the old number, contact support@beetjee.bet with your full name and date of birth. The support team will verify your identity and update the number after checks. Do not register a new account — this violates the one-account rule.

Not immediately. Basic registration requires only your name, mobile number and date of birth. CNIC or identity verification may be requested before large withdrawals, or as part of a routine account check. Beetjee will notify you clearly if and when this is required — you won't be surprised by a verification request mid-withdrawal.

Live (in-play) betting lets you place bets on a match while it is happening — not just before it starts. During a cricket match on Beetjee, you can bet on individual overs, the next wicket, the total score at a specific point and many other ball-by-ball markets. Odds update in real time as the match develops, which is what makes in-play betting particularly exciting during T20 games.

Beetjee displays odds in decimal format by default (e.g. 2.50). To calculate your potential return, multiply your stake by the odds. A bet of Rs 1,000 at odds of 2.50 returns Rs 2,500 if it wins (Rs 1,500 profit + Rs 1,000 stake back). You can switch between decimal, fractional and money-line formats in your account settings. The minimum single bet on Beetjee sports markets is Rs 50. This makes it possible to place multiple bets during a PSL match without committing large amounts on each individual bet. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event — higher-profile matches typically have higher maximum limits than lower-tier events.

If a cricket match is abandoned before it reaches the minimum overs required for an official result, all pre-match bets are typically voided and stakes returned to your Beetjee balance. For in-play bets placed after the match started, settlement depends on the specific market rules. Beetjee follows standard industry settlement rules — full details are in the Terms and Conditions.

Cash-out is available on selected markets on Beetjee. When available, a "Cash Out" button appears next to your open bet with a current value displayed. Accepting the cash-out settles the bet immediately at that value, regardless of the final match result. Cash-out availability and values depend on current odds and market liquidity — it is not available on every bet.

Log in to your Beetjee account and navigate to Account Settings, then select "Bet History" or "Transaction History." You can filter by date range, sport or market type to find specific bets. Once confirmed, your account is suspended for betting and deposits immediately. Your balance is preserved. During a cool-off, all promotional communications are also paused. When the period ends, your account automatically reactivates.

Email support@beetjee.bet with the subject "Self-Exclusion Request" and your registered mobile number. Your account will be suspended within 2 hours and you will receive a confirmation. The minimum exclusion period is 6 months. During exclusion, you cannot create a new account with the same details. Your real-money balance will be paid out within 5 business days.
